An old saying in Chinese martial arts field says: “The master teaches the trade, but the perfection of the apprentice’s skill depends on himself”. Our masters will teach you how to do something and they will do their utmost to help you to progress, but your actual progress all depends on your personal effort. The harder you train, the more you learn, and the better you get.
It is also said: “No pain, no gain”. When you are training here you may sweat every day. Sometimes physical pain or weakness will bother you and you might not want to do anything. But don’t worry, our masters will help you to resolve any matters related to training.
All of the following styles of Chinese Kung Fu are part of our weekly training schedule. However, some of them are offered in optional classes, but all of them can be trained full-time if you wish to. A strong will and persistence is the precondition for learning kung fu.
